Introduction
At HWCT India, we believe in turning dreams into reality. As Michelle Obama once said, “Learning is the bridge that connects our dreams to reality.” This belief guided us in supporting Mehak Ansari, a bright 12th-grade science student from GM English High School & Junior School.
A Call for Help
On May 29, 2024, Mehak, a single-parent child, reached out to HWCT India for support. Her father had tragically passed away in 2021 due to tuberculosis, leaving her mother to single-handedly raise the family amidst financial hardships.
HWCT India’s Contribution
Understanding the critical need, HWCT India stepped in to support Mehak’s college education. We successfully raised a total annual fee of Rs. 24,000/- to ensure she could continue her studies without financial barriers.
Mehak’s Determination
In her heartfelt letter to HWCT India, Mehak expressed her desire to study and achieve her goals. She shared the challenges her mother faced in affording her college fees, highlighting the importance of education in her life.
